These terms govern your use of the Sola Strength app and website. By using Sola Strength, you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Sola Strength provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for education and training support. It does not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, or medical nutrition therapy. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a medical condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain and seek medical care when needed.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you log. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sola Strength.

Subscriptions

• Premium features require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store.
• Trial terms, pricing, and renewal behavior are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; access continues through the paid period.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (photos, notes, messages). You give us the limited license needed to operate the features you use — for example, processing a meal photo to draft a food log. AI-generated drafts and plan changes take effect only after you confirm them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, resale, or use that breaks the law or harms others.

Our content

The Sola Strength name, logo, app, media, and site content are ours or our licensors' and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sola Strength is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update features and these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your data anytime from the app's Account tab.
